Human Resources – IT Recruiter.
1. Qualifications: Graduate/PG in Human Resources, The candidate having Recruitment/HR related Degree or Diploma will be given preference.
2. Employment Term – 1 year.
3. Experience – 1–3 years of experience in hiring Junior, Mid & Senior Level – IT professionals.
4. Role & Responsibility : a) Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
b) Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.
c) Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities. Source pipeline of technical candidates from the internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals, recruitment consultants and any other creative means.
d) Recruitment Vendor Management.
e) Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
f) Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.
f) Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Navigate efficiently through internal systems.
