We are hiring Team Leaders for our Retail Partner Channel in Insurance segment for leading MNCs -BAJAJ ALLIANZ

• TEAM LEADER-Recruiter role—i.e RETAIL PARTNER*(Fully work from home)

Salary: Rs. 19000-50000

As in these days insurance industry is on peak people looking for new opportunity or products in life/ term insurance

Job_functions:

1. Complete one-time sales criteria from your natural market (friends, family, relatives, etc.) within 2-3 months

2. Recruit Team from your own/global network, manage, motivate, guide, and build the team

3. Generate business from team by doing Cross selling, up selling & add-on selling to existing clients and new clients

{Sales=20%(one-time)+ Team Management=80%}

Eligibility-

Min. Qualification- H.S. (passed)

Should be well acquainted with online smartphone apps (Zoom, Gmail, etc.)

At least should know basic English and Hindi(in which the classes will be taken)

✅First you will have to appear for interview via zoom meeting app, if selected

✅Then online training will be provided( for 1 week )which is mandatory for the exam

✅After that you have to clear IRDA Govt exam and then receive Appointment Letter from Bajaj Allianz.

Working Hours- 6-7 hours (Sunday off)
